For any Col U fans who can't wait until Saturday's exciting finale at Lincoln for their football fix, get along to Maldon & Tiptree's Play-Off Semi-Final on Wednesday night.
The U's go to Sincil Bank in with a shout of the League Two Play-Off shake up, but Wayne Brown's Jammers are already there in the Bostik North League, and take on pop superstar Olly Murs' Coggeshall Town this week.
By finishing third, Maldon & Tiptree have home advantage over fourth placed Coggeshall, with Aveley hosting Heybridge Swifts in the other Semi-Final.
Brown's side ended the regulation season with a bang at the weekend, beating Barking 7-1, and he is now looking forward to the Play-Offs.
"It was important we went into Wednesday’s game with some sort of confidence, and a 7-1 win on Saturday was a great way to do that.
"The lads played really well and the nature of the performance really pleased me.
"We’re trying to keep everything as normal as possible ahead of the game, and everyone’s relishing the challenge."
And there is plenty of Col U interest on the pitch as well, with Percy Kiangebeni, Tariq Issa, Billy Cracknell and Callum Coulter all at Maldon & Tiptree on youth work experience - as well as a number of former U's youngsters in Coggeshall line-up.
The game at Park Drive kicks off at 7.45pm, with the turnstiles opening from 6pm.
