The JobServe Community Stadium will be a cashless venue in the 2019/20 season.
Speaking to Saturday's programme, chairman Robbie Cowling explained: "With next season in mind, I would like to take this opportunity to explain a fairly significant change that will be implemented for next eason, whereby the stadium will be going cashless.
"This move will dramatically help the club, because we have so many points of sale, and the cash handling alongside the electronic payment systems is very expensive to run.
"Next season, we will not be accepting cash at our tills, other than at a few dedicated kiosks, where cash can be added onto a 'Payment Card' which can then be used to buy goods.
"At the same time, the club will be investing in other point of sale technologies that will help to improve the overall service, especially at times and in areas where service time is of the essence.
"I'm sure the idea of this change will not be immediately popular with everyone but, once implemented, it will be a much better system all round and it will help the club enormously."
Further details around the launch of this new set-up will be released over the summer.
