Colchester United's Carabao Cup Quarter-Final at Manchester United is just a week away
The U's travel to Old Trafford on December 18th to take on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Red Devils, and over 5,000 U's fans will be making the trip.
There are a few points that Colchester United would like to make fans aware of:
All tickets purchased so far have now been posted out - should you not receive them by Monday 16th December, ring the Ticket Office on 01206 755161.
Manchester United will not be selling away tickets on the day of the game and no away tickets can be collected from Old Trafford.
No tickets purchased from the Colchester United Ticket Office will be posted after Thursday 12th December. All ticket sales after this must be made in person or on the phone and all tickets will have to be collected in person ahead of the game.
Ticket sales will cease at 1pm on Tuesday 17th December.
At the request of Manchester United, supporters will be sold tickets in STH229 block once T2 tickets have sold out. These will be priced the same as T2 tickets.
Other Important Information:
Bags larger than 20cm x 15cm x 5cm, (8" x 6" x 2"), will not be permitted into the stadium.
All bags will be searched and items larger than the size criteria must be left at the away team ‘Bag Drop’ facility located in E2 car park.
There is a Public Spaces Protection Order in place in the Borough of Trafford that prevents members of the public from consuming alcohol, on the roads and within other public spaces, in the vicinity of the Old Trafford football stadium.
Following a number of highly publicised incidents in football in recent seasons, attempted/actual pitch encroachment will not be tolerated.
