Macclesfield Town provide the opposition for Colchester United this weekend.
John McGreal and the U's squad go into the game on Saturday looking to improve on their fifth position in the Sky Bet League Two table.
They can potentially climb one place in the league, but they would have to better the result that MK Dons get at Carlisle United.
Four wins and three draws have come from their eleven games since they lost 1-0 here in north Essex, including a 3-3 draw with Crewe last Saturday.
The U's squad trained at the JobServe Community Stadium on Friday morning before making the trip to East Cheshire, and McGreal was looking forward to a competive game against the Silkmen.
"We played them in December, when Sol was taking charge for the first time, and despite our win, you could see that he was already getting somthing different from their players.
"Since then, they have picked up points to get them nearer the teams above them, and showed great resiliance in getting a draw against Crewe after being behind three times in the game last week.
"We know it will be a tough game but we'll be looking for the three points just like we do in every other game."
