Colchester United U23s are on the road on Friday, as they take on Reading in their latest Premier League Cup outing.
Having lost their first three group games, the U's go to Friday night's fixture knowing they need to defeat the Royals to give themselves a chance of progressing to the knockout stages.
The match will see Ryan Clampin continue his return to action after a recent injury and the U's will also feature two triallists.
The game takes place at Woking's Laithwaite Community Stadium, in a 7.00pm kick-off.
