Corin Haines is aiming to complete twenty charity challenges to celebrate twenty years with the U's
Amongst the 20 activities, Corin will be kayaking, running, cycling, walking and taking part in a 20-a-side football match and a 20/20 game of cricket.
Wearing 20 different U's shirts and hitting the crossbar 20 times in twenty minutes from 20 yards should be less strenuous, as he raises money for Age Concern and the Club's Football in the Community.

Of his time at the U's, Corin commented: "On arriving at the club back in July 2000 to start my apprenticeship, I never imagined that I would fulfil so many years working at this exceptional football club.’’
"Throughout my time at Colchester United, I have been fortunate to have worked with so many superb people, and contribute to the vast amount of community work the club undertakes on a daily basis.
"I take great pleasure working for an organisation knowing that our staff and the projects we operate have such a positive impact on people's lives, and that’s one of the many reasons why I love this job.
"I hope these 20 challenges throughout my 20th season will encourage fans, peers and the wider community to contribute either by joining me along the way or making a donation to support two worthwhile causes.’’
Chairman Robbie Cowling added: "You know you’re getting old when someone who looks young is telling you they have worked for Colchester United for 20 years.
"Well that’s the case with Corin and in typical Corin fashion, he doesn’t want an engraved watch to celebrate the milestone but instead he is going to mark the occasion a bit differently.
"His 20th year takes him into the year 2020, so he's doing 20 challenges that mostly include doing 20 of something."
"For example his first challenge is on the 4th August when he plans to Kayak 20km from Sudbury to Manningtree.
"I’m joining him for that first event and I’m also going to donate £20 each time he completes an event, so hopefully I’ll be presenting him with a cheque for £400 when I join him for his last event too."
