Former U's Find New Clubs

Trio head onto pastures new

6 June 2019

A number of players who left the U's at the end of the 2018/19 season have found themselves new clubs for the coming campaign.

The U's parted company with a number of their U23s players at the end of the 2018/19 season, and three have found new clubs in the past week.

Left back Noah Chesmain has moved to National League South side Maidstone United, where he will come up against striker Decarrey Sheriff, after he sealed a deal with Concord Rangers on Wednesday.

And Sam Warde, who joined the U's from Huddersfield in the summer of 2017, has made his loan switch to Sligo Rovers into a permanent deal.

We wish them all well with their next clubs.
