Colchester United play host to Newport County on Saturday, with the U's looking to regain their place in the Play-Off positions.
And it isn't just the U's hoping to secure a place in the top seven, visitors Newport County's aim will be to climb nearer the top seven than their current position of twelfth in the tble.
They are only five points behind the U's, and seventh place, and have a game in hand on most of the teams around them.
February proved a successful month for McGreal and the squad though, with the U's going unbeaten and picking up eight points from four fixtures.
They still have five games in March to gain that sort of total again, starting with this afternoon's clash against Michael Flynn's Exiles.
McGreal has included talented youngsters Ollie Kensdale, Noah Chilvers and Ryan Clampin in the squad, although their fellow U23s regular Louis Dunne misses out thanks to a heavy challenge he took in this week's match against Barnsley.
