Colchester United take on Crawley Town in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday.
John McGreal and the U's take on the Red Devils in the Fourth Round of the competition, with a place in the Quarter-Finals at stake.
Swindon Town were beaten 3-0 at the JbServe Community Stadium in the first round, before a penalty shoot-out saw off Cystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
Another Premier League scalp came in the third round, with Spurs again suffering against the U's in the penalties following a 0-0 draw here in north Essex.
This fourth round tie means that a League Two side will have representation in the last eight of the competition, and McGreal is of course hoping it will be the U's in Thursday morning's draw.
He is sure it will be a tough test for his side though.
"We saw in our last visit to Crawley that it will be a difficult game, but we go there confident in the ability we have in the squad.
"Whatever has gone before, in that game in the league down there and the few matches both sides have played in the meantime, will count for nothing and it will all boil down to what happens on the night."
"I'm really looking forward to it, and with 1700 fans behind us, it promises to be a great atmosphere to be involved in."
