Ticket news for the FA Cup game against Coventry City
U's Chairman Robbie Cowling has made the following statement about the sale of FA Cup First Round tickets, which begins on Monday morning.
Tickets for Colchester’s First Round FA Cup match against Coventry City will go on sales on Monday morning at 10am and as per usual, we are starting with an exclusive period for those who are Season Ticket holders or have an Annual Subscription.
Unlike previous times however, we have made a change to allow the Season Ticket Holders to purchase online as well as over the phone and at the ticket office.
This change will greatly assist us and will also save fans from being held up on the phone or having to make the journey to the stadium.
It does however mean that we will not guarantee a season ticket holder being able to buy their usual match-day seat.
From Monday 4th November at 10am, each Season Ticket holder will be able to buy up to four available tickets for anywhere in the stadium.
To do so online, they will simply log into their account on www.colutickets.com and click on the ‘Buy tickets’ button for that fixture. The fixture will only be available to those accounts that have bought a season ticket or an annual subscription.
From Tuesday 5th November at 10am, the fixture will also be made available to online accounts who have purchased Match Credits and those accounts will be able to buy up to two available tickets for anywhere in the stadium. These tickets can only be purchased online at www.colutickets.com.
From Tuesday Evening at 5pm, the fixture will also be made available to online accounts who have added at least £50 to a Privilege Card this season and those accounts will be able to buy up to two tickets for anywhere in the stadium. These tickets can only be purchased online at www.colutickets.com.
From Wednesday 6th November at 10am, the remaining tickets will go on general sale and will be available to purchase from the ticket office, over the phone or online at www.colutickets.com.
