John McGreal - "It's immense"
That was the immediate reaction from the Head Coach, moments after the U's were drawn to play away at Manchester United in the Carabao Cup Quarter-Finals.
He went on to tell the press: "It's a fantastic draw, they are on a par with Real Madrid as one of the two biggest clubs on the planet."
"Even straight after Tuesday night's win at Crawley, I've had people texting and messaging me saying what an achievement and how well the boys have done.
"Now, they've got the reward for that, and I've always been a great believer in hard work getting you the rewards.
"I'm sure the fans' reaction will be off the scale as well. As well as it being a fantastic draw for the club, the Chairman, the staff and the players, it'll be an amazing night for the fans - they also deserve it.
"It was like a home game for us at Crawley with so many of them there, they lifted us when we went behind, and helped us back in the game and onto the win.
"Like the players, they deserve this game now, for the hard work they put in to supporting us.
"We've got six weeks before the game and will be concentrating on the games we've got coming up before it, but you can't blame the fans for thinking about this one the whole time.
"They'll be waiting to get their tickets, sorting out hotels and travel arrangements.
"We're going to the biggest club stadium in the country to play the most well known team on the planet - If we can't enjoy that, we can't enjoy anything in the game."
