Colchester United defender Ollie Kensdale has joined Bath City on loan
The nineteen year old became the first U's player born in the new millenium to make a first team appearance, playing against Cambridge United in the Checkatrade Trophy eleven months ago.
Eleven days later, he made his league debut, starting against Exeter in the 1-1 draw at the JobServe Community Stadium.
The form of Luke Prosser and Tom Eastman has restricted Kensdale's game time this season, and he will join the National League South side looking for plenty of games in the next few weeks.
Director of Football Tony Humes said of the move: "It makes sense for all parties, Bath City wanted someone in, Ollie needs game time to keep him sharp and we will get a player back who is ready for the first team having played competitive football."
Those games that Ollie will want to play a full part in start with a home match at Twerton Park against Maidstone United on Saturday afternoon.
