Colchester United enter the Essex Senior Cup at the Third Round stage, and will know their opponents on Wednesday evening.
The draw will take place at the Chelmsford Headquarters of Cup Partner BBC Essex, and will be drawn by Waltham Abbey Joint Manager Michael Spencer and Saffron Walden Town boss, Jason Maher.
Essex’s professional clubs, the U's and Southend United, will join the last remaining sides from the Essex Senior and Eastern Senior Leagues in the hat for the BBC Essex Senior Cup Third Round Draw.
Fifty four sides entered the Senior Cup this year, with newcomers Hashtag United entering for the first ever time.
Hashtag are still in the competition and they’ll be listening to the draw being made at 6.45pm to see who they could face.
East Thurrock United are the current holders following their 3-1 victory in the final against Chelmsford City in front of 1,822 spectators at the JobServe Community Stadium in March.
They join the rest of the Football League, National League and Isthmian League teams who have been exempt until Round Three of this year’s competition.
