MWP Frames Ltd are Community Scheme's new sponsors

Essex company continue to support their local club

12 September 2019

Colchester United Football in the Community are delighted to welcome MWP Frames Ltd as their new title sponsor, as the U’s community scheme continues to extend their reach across the local areal.

MWP Frames Ltd offer a wide range of services for Project Planning, Design, Project Management and Construction Support in the Glazing & Cladding Sector.

The Little Bromley based company have become a good friend to Colchester United in recent years, having taken an executive box to watch first team fixtures, as well as sponsoring a number of club led events.

And now MWP Frames Ltd, who have also sponsored a wide range of other community and charity events in the past, will now lend their support to the club’s burgeoning community scheme.

Will Roberts, Managing Director of MWP Frames Ltd said: “MWP is proud to extend its support to Colchester United this season by providing sponsorship to the Football in the Community team, which works very hard to bring football to local schools, and term break football camps where children might not otherwise get to take part in this level of training provided by the Colchester United team coaching staff.

“It was a pleasure to meet the team at Shrub End and we wish them well to find the next rising stars to move into the academy and hopefully all the way to the first team!”

MWP Frames Ltd’s sponsorship continues a successful year for Colchester United Football in the Community.

A busy summer period has recently come to a close and the community coaches will now return to over 65 local schools to deliver their coaching, along with working in a number of other projects around the county.

And U’s Head of Community Corin Haines is grateful for MWP Frames Ltd’s support, saying: ‘’MWP are an excellent local business and we’re delighted that they have made this commitment and investment to the support the ongoing work we undertake within our community on a daily basis.

“We look forward to seeing the MWP logo reaching the 7,500 plus participants each week who engage in our provision, and developing our mutually beneficial partnership over the term of the sponsorship.”
