FITC issue update on activities.
It is with regret that following a pitch inspection today at 11.30am the Shrub End Community and Sport Centre will be closed for all activities on Friday 4th December.
Snow overnight has left the astro turf under a thick layer of snow and the pitch and surrounding areas are not safe to open the facility.
Activities this impacts are:
- Skills Centre 4-5pm @ Shrub End Community and Sports Centre
- Facility pitch hires of Shrub End Community and Sports Centre
- Girls Development Centre 5.30-7pm @ Shrub End Community and Sports Centre
Our Boys Development Centre at Maldon 6-7.30pm is fine to go ahead as planned.
Decision regarding activities for Saturday 5th December will be made by 5pm tonight. If further cancellations are required, we will communicate with participants and pitch hires directly.
