Colchester United's U23s take on Ipswich Town on Monday afternoon
Richard Hall and the young U's squad host Town at Florence Park, in their latest Professional Development League fixture.
In the corresponding game across the border earlier in the season, the two sides couldn't be separated and finished 1-1.
Hall and the squad will want to go one better this time round, and improve their league position in the process.
The U's coach said: "We had two tough matches last week, and the lads are keen to go again for this local derby."
"It will definately be another difficult one, but they have to take the good work they do in training every day into these matches.
"The first team management will be watching as usual, and the lads have to make a good impression if they want to be considered between now and the end of the season."
