Corin Cracking Through Challenges

Twenty activities being ticked off

20 January 2020

Corin Haines is on course to complete his twenty challenges for twenty years

The U's Head of Community challenged himself to do twenty different activities to celebrate twenty years with the club.

He started at the beginning of August by kayaking 20km from Nayland to Manningtree along the Rover Stour, before completing a community walk from Layer Road to the JobServe Community Stadium prior to the Cambridge United fixture on 17th August.

He has since done, amongst other challenges, a twenty mile bike ride around the Essex countryside, a 20km round the island run on Mersea, and a 20km row at St George's Park.

His latest challenge saw him sitting on 2020 of the seats here at the JobServe Community Stadium ahead of Saturday's 2-1 win against Macclesfield.

He is raising money for Age Concern and the Club's Football in the Community, and you can donate HERE.
