Join the team as a Community Development Officer
Colchester United’s Football in the Community is a registered charity that provides high quality sports, health and education programmes to 8,500 children, young people and adults from across the region each week.
In August 2014, FITC was awarded charitable status enabling us, as an organisation, to be supported by the Charites Commission and Football League Trust.
This also ensures that all the funding and income received is re-invested back into the improvement and development of the organisation.
This new role of Community Development Officer offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join a progressive team here at Colchester United FITC.
We are seeking a driven, energetic and ambitious individual to plan and deliver a co-ordinated programme, in line with our charitable objectives and targets.
As this position is a key appointment in our organisation, you will have the tenacity to achieve targets and the creativity to overcome obstacles.
You will be a leader and have the ability to inspire and motivate people from all backgrounds and communities.
This is a full-time role with a salary of £17-£18k, with additional OTE potential, and a company vehicle and mobile phone will be included.
