Colchester United would like to wish all supporters a Happy New Year
2020 starts with the home game against Crawley Town on New Year's Day, with the U's looking to continue the recent form they have shown.
A nine game unbeaten run has seen John McGreal's side move into the Play-Off positions, and at the turn of the year, the U's sit just three points off the automatic promotion places.
As well as the good league form shown in the past couple of months, the U's also got to the Quarter-Final of the Carabao Cup, going out to Manchester United at Old Trafford just before Christmas.
And McGreal wants the feelgood factor from that trip to continue in the second half of the campaign.
"First things first, Happy New Year to all our supporters and I hope everyone has a happy and healthy 2020.
"They have been fantastic with their support in the first half of the season, culminating in the great night they had at Man Utd."
"The bond between players and fans seemed to hit a real high that night, and we will need that to continue if we are to get the success we all want this season."
"We've put ourselves in a good position at the halfway stage but we know there's plenty of hard work still to do, and we're all prepared to do it.
"Keep up the good work everyone, and have a great 2020."
