Colchester United's U23s take on Millwall on Tuesday afternoon
The U's youngsters travel to South London to play the Lions at their Calmont Road Training Ground, kicking off at 1.30pm.
It has been three weeks since the U23s last competitive game, when they beat Millwall's London neighbours Charlton Athletic.
Richard Hall's squad includes a number of players with first team experience, including Paris Cowan-Hall and Diaz Wright who are both recovering from injury.
Ollie Kensdale, Louis Dunne, Cameron James and Junior Ogedi-Uzokwi give the U's a bit of a more experienced look for the game against the Championship side.
