Little Mix Refund Update

Process set to begin

The refund process for the cancelled Little Mix concert will begin next week.

The world's biggest girlband were due to perform at the JobServe Community Stadium on July 10th as part of their 2020 Summer tour, but the complete tour was cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The global crisis also saw the majority of staff at Colchester United put on furlough leave but from next Monday, July 13th, we are in a position to bring back the appropriately trained staff to begin the process of issuing ticket refunds.

Ticket holders don’t need to do anything and the club ask them to please rest assured that we will work through the bookings as quickly as possible to issue a refund for your tickets to the method of payment you used to make your purchase.

We will contact individual ticket holders if there are any issues, (such as expired cards).

Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, we have very limited resources in the business and will still not have the staffing available to answer the phones or respond to emails so we encourage you not to contact us but to check for updates.

Colchester United would like to thank all ticket holders for their patience and support at what has been an extremely difficult and testing time for everyone.
