Head of Community Corin Haines told the website: "This is a small step towards getting back to normal."

"All provision will be based at Shrub End Community and Sports Centre as this is part of our control measures, which we have identified from consultation with participants and partners.

"Community delivery will follow in future weeks, however we feel the responsible thing is to continue to support the government messages but offer some physical activity to some groups again conforming to guidelines."
