Colchester United have added Michael Folivi to their squad.
After training with the U's for the past few weeks, the former Watford forward has signed a contract until next May, subject to the usual ratification from the relevent bodies.
The twenty two year old came through the Academy ranks at Watford, and made his Premier League debut against Stoke City in January 2017.
Loan spells at Coventry City and Boreham Wood saw him take in Wembley games for both clubs, collecting a winners medal for the Sky Blues EFL Trophy win before losing the National League Play-Off Final for Boreham.
Two loan spells at AFC Wimbledon saw the striker make double figure appearances both times, before his release from Watford in June 2020.
He links up again with former Watford U23s Coach Hayden Mullins, and it is hoped that he will be eligible for Tuesday night's game against Stevenage.
