The 2016/17 season saw us introduce Match Credits, providing you with another way to get to the stadium and watch the boys in action, and they have proved to be extremely popular. These have evolved into Multi-Match Permits for the past season and will continue for the 21/22 campaign
WHAT ARE MULTI-MATCH PERMITS?
Multi-match Permits are available to purchase via www.colutickets.com in multiples of five games (5, 10, 15). These permits gain you entry into the next 5, 10, 15 matches, unless you decliune the declaration that is sent out ahead of each fixture.
HOW MUCH WILL THEY COST?
The higher the number of games you buy for, the cheaper they will be and these will represent a significant saving on matchday prices.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY PERMITS?
Permits can be redeemed via www.colutickets.com and can be used against the next number of game(s) following your purchase. Disabled concessions must be redeemed at the Ticket Office but can be bought online.
DO THEY GUARANTEE ME MY SEAT?
No – you will only be able to select which Section to sit in due to the threat of returnign restrictions.
WHAT IF I WANT TO BUY MORE MULTI-MATCH PERMITS?
Multi-Match Permits are always available to purchase in the multiples mentioned above. Simply follow the instructions to add additional Multi-Match Permits to your account.
HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
Multi-Match Permits are valid for the next 5, 10, 15 matches.
TERMS OF USE OF MULTI-MATCH PERMITS
1.All Multi-Match Permits must be purchased and redeemed online with the exception of disabled concessions which must be redeemed at the Ticket Office.
2. An online facility (www.colutickets.com) will allow Multi-Match Permits to be purchased in batches of 5, 10,15.
3. A Multi-Match Permit is purchased for Football League fixtures in particular blocks. .
