Colchester United return home to the JobServe Community Stadium for the first home game of the season on Saturday afternoon - we have put together a guide for all those attending the game.

Opponent: Northampton Town
Date: 14th August
Kick Off: 3:00pm

Match Permits
Single Match Permits are available to purchase for this weekend's upcoming game against Northampton Town, you can purchase these from Col U Tickets, or by clicking HERE

A COVID-19 Declaration Form will be emailed to you or the bubble group leader between 24-48 hours before the game, which you will need to read through and accept before your Match Permits are issued.

To access the stadium on the day, you can either show your Match Permit on a smart phone, or print off where it will be scanned at the turnstile at the JobServe Community Stadium prior to entry.

The ticket office will not be open, although tickets will be available to purchase on the day from Col U Tickets, until forty five minutes after kick-off.

Car Parking Permits
Car Parking Permits at the JobServe Community Stadium can only be purchased by the bubble leader once Match Permits have been purchased. Spaces will be available to purchase from your dashboard on Col U Tickets.

Entry To Stadium
Turnstiles will be open as normal, with entry permitted from 1.30pm. Remember that you will have to have filled in your COVID-19 declaration on ColUTickets.com to gain entry. You can print your permit, or show it on arrival at the stadium on a smartphone.

Match Programmes
Your match programme is included in your permit price, they will be available from inside the concourses once you have entered the stadium.

Food and Drink
A food van will be stationed outside behind the South Stand, serving burgers and other hot food, which will be open to both home and away fans before the game. The food van will be CASH ONLY.

Kiosks in the concourses will be open and serving snacks and hot and cold drinks. Kiosks in the stadium will be CASHLESS ONLY.

Club Shop
The club shop will be open from 11am.

Protocols
Whilst it isn’t now mandatory to wear masks or exercise social distancing, please show consideration to your fellow supporters and keep each other safe. We recommend that masks are worn in crowded spaces and when in close proximity to others, and that you keep a safe distance from others if possible. Hand sanitisers will still be available around the stadium and we advise their use to minimise the spread of COVID-19.

Exits
The normal exit gates will be operational, but please follow any further guidance from stewards.
