After winning at Swindon, Hayden Mullins wants a cup double this week.
The U's moved into the last sixteen of the Papa John's Trophy with the 2-1 win at the County Ground on Tuesday night, and Hayden is now looking for FA Cup success against Wigan Athletic.
His side take on the League One highflyers on Sunday lunchtime, looking to be in the hat for the Third Round for the first time since the 2015/16 season when Wealdstone and Altrincham were brushed aside in the first two rounds.
Charlton Athletic were beaten here in north Essex in Round Three that year, with the U's then falling in the Fourth Round at home to Premier League side Spurs.
A good cup run is the ambition again now, but Hayden knows it won't be easy to get into that hat for Round Three.
Talking to the media ahead of the game, he said: "It won't be a simple task to get past Wigan, we know we're up against a good side and they're the highest ranked side in this round along with Rotherham."
"They're a club with some real history now, having won the FA Cup back in 2013 and spending time in the Premier League.
"It's a great tie for us though, and although we'll respect them and their league position, we want to get at them and impose our game on them. We'll try and play our game and attack them as best we can, with a place in Round Three as the reward for the winners."
On the FA cup itself, Hayden continued: "We went to Sudbury and the atmosphere was fantastic with the fans there in numbers and the TV cameras there."
"The cameras were there looking for an upset obviously - hopefully they've picked to be here on Sunday looking for a bit of an upset in this round."
