His games for the U's saw him tick over 400 career appearances, including over sixty across the pond for Colorado Rapids.

When speaking to Col U TV, he was pleased to have extended his time at the U's and said he was looking for a much improved season in 2021/22.

"I'm delighted to get it done and be committed to the club for another two years, it was always something I was looking to do."

"It was a difficult year last season, but I know what the owner and Chairman is trying to do with the club and it excites me.

"We don't want  to be there again, we've got ambitions of pushing towards the top seven. Today is the start of that."
