The fixtures for the 2021/22 Sky Bet League Two season have been released.
Colchester United will kick-off the campaign with one of the longest away trips on the calendar, making the journey to Carlisle United's Brunton Park on the 7th August.
Hayden Mullins' side will play out their first home league match of the season a week later, entertaining Northampton Town at the JobServe Community Stadium.
Over the Christmas period, the U's will play host to returning League Two side Hartlepool United and Leyton Orient on the 18th and 26th December respectively, making the trip to Crawley Town a week later on New Year's Day.
Over the Easter period, the U's are on the road on the South Coast with a journey to Exeter City on Good Friday before hosting Bradford City on Easter Monday.
The season will draw to a close for the U's with Walsall the final visitors to the JobServe Community Stadium before a final game of the season at Hartlepool United.
The U's will find out their opponents for the First Round of the Carabao Cup later today, with the final addition to their Papa John's Trophy Group Stage this afternoon.
