Season Match Permits go on sale from the 1st July, here is some further information on the product for the 2021/22 season.
How can I pay for my Season Match Permit?
Season Match Permits (SMPs) can only be purchased online – credit/debit cards can be used to pay for the permit, as well as any funds that have been loaded on Privilege Cards.
Where can I buy my SMP?
SMPs will only be available to purchase online (unless you fall into one of the groups in the below two questions), head to colutickets.com from 1st July to purchase yours.
Disabled Season Match Permits
Please call the ticket office on 01206 755161 if you wish to sit in one of the disabled access areas to purchase your SMP, these will not be available online.
Matchday Hospitality
All matchday hospitality packages will be available from our sales team on 01206 752020, these will not be available online.
When can I buy my SMP?
There are three priority groups for the Season Match Permits, with the first group going on sale on Thursday 1st July.
Priority 1 (Thursday 1st July) – Available to anyone who bought a CUFC Seasonal Match Permit last season (2020/21 season), and they will be able to purchase two CUFC 2021/22 Season Match Permits per 2020/21 Season Match Permit.
Priority 2 (Monday 5th July) – Also available to anyone who has at least one Match Credit, or at least one Loyal Supporter Token. These fans will be able to buy one CUFC Season Match Permit per person.
Priority 3 (Wednesday 7th July) – Also available to anyone who has at least £50 loaded onto a CUFC Privilege Card. These fans will be able to purchase one CUFC Season Match Permit per person.
General Sale (Monday 12th July) – CUFC Season Match Permits will go on general sale to anyone who has not qualified for one of the above groups.
Bubbles
When joining a bubble make sure you have the correct bubble name, to ensure you join the correct one.
Can I sit in a specific seat?
No – you will purchase a per block and be assigned a seat per game. This may change game-to-game with the social distancing measures that are in place at the stadium, and could vary depending on the attendance.
You will only be able to select a permit by block, not specific seat.
You will be asked to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire prior to the game via email, which will inform you of the current guidelines for the stadium.
All questionnaires will need acknowledging and passing before a ticket is sent to you, which will be a Print@Home ticket – this can also be used and viewed on a smartphone.
If access is denied, a Permit Holder will be supplied with an iFollow code to watch the match, with the balance of the ticket applied to a Privilege card.
Car Parking Ticket
All parking will be sold on a match by match basis appearing on the permit holders’ dashboard a few days before each game.
