Colchester United will travel to Grimsby for their Saturday evening kick-off in the latest Sky Bet League Two fixture.
Following their midweek defeat to Harrogate Town, Wayne Brown and Hayden Mullins' side will want to move on and put the game behind them with a good performance at bottom side Grimsby Town.
The Mariners, who are four points adrift from safety have been on a similarly poor run of form to the U's, winning just one of their last fourteen games, which has dropped them from a lower mid-table side to one battling relegation out of the Football League.
But despite their lowly position, Wayne Brown is taking nothing for granted going into the game.
"The positions that Grimsby and ourselves are in, we both want the three points, but that's no different to Tuesday or last Saturday." - Wayne Brown
"We can't dwell on mistakes, they're going to happen. It's about how you react, how you start the next game after a defeat. The lads know full well that it's a real good opportunity Saturday to go there and impose ourselves on them, and get a real positive performance.
"We're not worried about their position and what they want to do, it's about our approach to the game, like it is every other game. Our mentality going into the game, and what we can do to win the game of football."
