Bradford City Preview

U's boss on next game for his side

26 March 2021

Colchester United will be looking to take the positives from their 2-2 draw against Tranmere Rovers into their next fixture at home to Bradford City.

Despite not winning the game at the JobServe Community Stadium in the week, Wayne Brown's side will be able to take plenty of positives from the game that earned them a point against high-flying Tranmere Rovers.

There will of course be areas that United need to work on to prevent letting a two-goal advantage slip, but it was clear to see that Brown's side were confident in taking the game to their opponents on Tuesday evening.

And Wayne Brown said that they will be going into the game on Saturday afternoon with the same mindset and goals.

"It's important like we did with the Tranmere game that we and approach every game and it's about us. What we do, our mentality, how we approach the games as a collective group and that won't change." - Wayne Brown

"The belief has never changed, it's always been there from the first day that I've come into this evironment. It's all been about positive vibes, positive moods - building on performances.

"I keep saying to the lads just keep building on performances. All you can do is go out there and put a real good performance in and the results will come.

"If anyone was watching the game on Tuesday, they could see the way that the lads went about their business in a very positive frame of mind."
