It's time to choose your winners at the End of Season awards for Colchester United.
With the 2021/22 Sky Bet League Two season coming to an end, it's time for you to cast your vote for the Colchester United Player of the Season, Young Player of the Season, and Goal of the Season.
Official Player of the Season
You, the Col U supporters, get to vote for the player that you felt stood out above the others across the last nine months of the 2021/22 campaign. It can be any player at all that has made a first team appearance across the forty six league fixtures, and the seven cup ties, that have been played since the first day of the season last August 7th. Young Player of the Season
Once again, a number of young players have featured in the U’s first team this season. Now it’s your chance to vote for your choice for Young Player of the Year, with any player who was younger than twenty three on the opening day of the season.
Eligible players for the award this season are: Ted Collins, Jake Turner, Ryan Clampin, Brendan Wiredu, Owura Edwards, Noah Chilvers, Sylvester Jasper, Armando Dobra, Gene Kennedy, Junior Tchamadeu, Cameron Coxe, Chay Cooper, Donell Thomas, Samson Tovide, Tyreik Wright, and Harry Beadle. Goal of the Season
Your chance to vote on what you thought was the best goal a U’s player has scored this season. It can be a goal in all the competitions the U’s have been in, the league, FA Cup, Carabao Cup and Papa John’s Trophy. Take a look at the contenders below. Click HERE to vote.
The closing date for all three votes will be Sunday 24th April, with the awards being announced at the last game of the season on April 30th.
