Colchester United have signed Emyr Huws.
The twenty eight year old, who most recently played at Ipswich Town, has signed a short term contract until the end of the season.
He spent time as a youngster at both Swansea City and Manchester City, and signed his first pro contract with the Manchester giants.
After leaving City, he spent time at Wigan and Cardiff before heading to Suffolk for his four year spell at Portman Road.
He is expected to go straight into the U's squad for today's home game against Barrow.
