Samson Tovide and Benny Bioletti have both put pen-to-paper on their first professional deals with Colchester United.
The club is delighted to announce that two youngsters have agreed terms on their first professional contracts.
Samson Tovide is a man who will be known to many U's fans, having made eleven first team appearances after his debut as a sixteen-year-old in 2020.
Speaking after signing his first deal, Tovide said this was the next step in his career and he was delighted to get it done.
"I'm very happy - I've worked hard coming from Leyton Orient, and I've made it into the first team, and now I can't wait to get started.
"I want to get as many games as possible, and as soon as the time comes I need to take my chance."
Benny Bioletti also signed terms for his first professional deal, after spending a portion of the season on trial at the club last season.
Having spent his entire footballing career with Faversham Town, the young defender said he was excited to get started with his new teammates at Colchester United.
"I'm over the moon, coming from Faversham Town to a professional club, it's a big step, but I think I'm ready for it.
"I made it into the first team at Faversham when I was fifteen, so from then I felt I wanted to take it more seriously, and it has panned out as I wanted it to."
