'A Game For Barks' will take place at Roots Hall on Saturday 28th May, with money donated to mental health charity, Mind.
The game will be played in memory of the former Colchester United defender, Chris Barker, who made thirty-nine appearances for the club during the historic 2006/07 Championship season.
Barker tragically took his own life at the start of 2020, at the age of just thirty-nine.
The match will see Chris' old Southend side getting back together to play against a team made up of his teammates from other clubs he played for.
Every penny raised from the game will be donated to Mind, the mental health charity.
Tickets cost just £5 for adults and £1 for under 16s. Click HERE to get yours.
