Officials appointed for this weekend's home game

Benjamin Speedie is the man in the middle for this weekend’s clash against Stevenage in our next instalment of the Sky Bet League Two season.

Speedie has been the referee twelve times this season across League One, League Two, the Carabao Cup and the Papa Johns Trophy. His most recent game in charge was a League Two match between Stockport and Carlisle which ended 2-0 in the favour of the home side.

In his twelve games Speedie has handed out fifty-two yellow cards and three red cards, last season he was the man in the middle thirty-three times and he handed out ninety-six yellow cards and four red cards. He refereed in all the competitions previously mentioned and in the FA Cup.

Assistant – Damith Bandara

Bandara has been the assistant nine times so far this season, twice in League Two, twice in League one, twice in Carabao Cup and three times in the Papa Johns trophy. Last season he was an assistant twenty-five times, mainly in League One, while also covering one game in the FA Cup.

Assistant – Leigh Crowhurst

Crowhurst has also been an assistant nine times this season, once in the Carabao Cup, once in League Two, twice in the Papa Johns Trophy and five times in League One. He was the assistant twenty-one times last season, covering eight matches in League Two and nine in League One, while also covering games in the previously mentioned cup competitions and the FA Cup.

Fourth Official – Craig Hicks

So far Craig Hicks has been the fourth official three times this season, once in the Championship, once in League One and once in the Carabao Cup. Last season he was the fourth official thirteen times. He was mainly involved in Championship matches, as well as a couple of League One and Two games and an FA Cup qualifying round.
