Colchester United's last-gasp hero from Saturday afternoon has said he is targeting more minutes and more goals after his debut header against Hartlepool.
Beryly Lubala joined the U's on a season-long loan deal from Blackpool last weekend, and didn't wait long before bagging his first goal in Colchester United colours.
On as a second-half substitute, Lubala nodded home four minutes into stoppage time to rescue a point for Wayne Brown's team, and he has said he wants more to come.
And with the visit of Brighton U21s in the Papa Johns Trophy on Tuesday evening, it presents the perfect opportunity, according to Beryly.
"I've settled in great, a massive thank you to the Chairman, the manager, the whole team, everyone working at the club, how comfortable they've made me and my family.
"It was great to get on the pitch and repay everyone straight away with that goal - I couldn't have settled in any better.
"I want to keep my rhythm, play as many games as I can, and Tuesday can't come quick enough. I want to get back out there and we can keep doing on what we're doing.
"I'm sure if we carry on as we did in the second half (from Saturday), on that front foot, attacking, and positive, we can only get better as the season goes on."
