Following Chay Cooper's success in October, Arthur's mesmerising effort to give the U's the lead against Sutton has been listed as one of the four best League Two goals of November.
Read's effort was described in the EFL's release as follows - Read switched direction to seat one Sutton defender on his backside and did it again to send two others plus goalkeeper Dean Bouzanis heading for the corner flag before curling home.
Fans are invited to vote for their favourite goal on EFL.com before 5pm on Monday 11th December.
The supporters' votes will be combined with the choices from a panel to determine the winners.
The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ EFL experts Don Goodman & David Prutton.
Read is competing with Odin Bailey, (Stockport), David McGoldrick, (Notts County), and Saidou Khan, (Swindon).
