Jake Hutchinson has signed on loan for Aldershot Town.
The U's striker has signed a loan deal at the Shots until the end of the season, subject to the relevent paperwork being in order.
He scored fourteen goals in his loan spell at National League South side Eastbourne Borough over the past few months, and will now test himself in the league higher, the National League.
It may well be a baptism of fire for the twenty year old striker, with him expected to be in the squad for Aldershot's home game against table topping Notts County on Saturday.
U's Loan Manager Richard Hall said of the deal: "Jake has once again proved that he can score goals at the level he has gone to, and deserves his chance to play at the next level now."
