Ross Joyce is the man in the middle for Saturday’s game away at Leyton Orient.
Joyce has been the referee for twenty-one games so far this season, he’s handed out eighty-two yellow cards and five reds. This season he has been in charge of games in League One and Two, the Papa Johns Trophy, Carabao Cup and FA Cup. This is his second U’s match of the season, his first was our loss away to Mansfield at the start of December.
Last season, Joyce was in charge of thirty-seven matches where he handed out 113 yellow cards and eight red cards. He covered games in League One and Two, the FA Cup, Papa Johns Trophy, Carabao Cup, and he was also the referee for the League Two play-off semi final between Swindon Town and Port Vale.
Joyce will be assisted by James Vallance and Adrian Tranter, the fourth officials is Kevin Howick.
