Named as January’s EFL Young Player of the Month, Junior Tchamadeu is hoping to continue his good form in the starting eleven under the new Head Coach.
Despite returning from a two-match suspension against Bradford City last weekend, Tchamadeu looked like he hasn’t been out of the side as he put in a solid appearance.
And after the appointment of Ben Garner, the young full back is looking to further improve his performances in the last eleven matches of the season.
“The new gaffer’s come in and we’re all ready to work for him. We’ve had a few sessions out on the training pitch and everyone is buying into his style of play, and I feel like we have the players to benefit from that too.
“We’ve got a lot of good technical players and that will help us even more. Being brave is what we need to do when we come up against another team and the results will follow.
“There’s always room for improvement, always room to learn - that’s the mentality everyone in the team has to have. Of course there’s much more work to be done and we want to push up the table, not just be a side that is clear of the relegation places.”
