Work has begun to get the pitch ready at the JobServe Community Stadium for the 2023/24 campaign.
Following the conclusion of the 2022/23 season, and a successful period of pitch hires at Colchester United, work is now underway to prepare the playing surface for the start of the next campaign in August.
With a summer of work planned at both the JobServe Community Stadium, and Florence Park, the pitches will be ready for the return of Ben Garner and his squad in early July.
And Garner’s side could host their first league game of the season on Saturday 5th August – if handed a home game to kick off the season. You can be there to support the U’s with season tickets now on sale.
