CUCF is seeking to appoint new Trustees to the CUCF board on a voluntary basis.
These are exciting opportunities for individuals with relevant expertise to play a key role in supporting the strategic direction of CUCF and helping the charity continue to enhance lives and our communities.
The Trust is currently recruiting for the following voluntary trustee roles; however, CUCF is keen to hear from any suitable candidates who may be able to enhance our board with knowledge of the charity sector:
- Finance Specialist Trustee
- Safeguarding Specialist Trustee
- Media & Marketing Specialist Trustee
All positions offer the opportunity to work alongside a committed Board and Senior Leadership Team, helping to shape opportunities that make a meaningful difference to young people and communities across Colchester and Northeast Essex.
Trustees will be expected to attend four Board meetings per year, along with relevant committee meetings, review papers in advance, and contribute to strategic discussions around performance, partnerships, risk, and impact.
Board members play a pivotal role in the progression and expansion of the charity, supporting its vision, values, and long-term development while ensuring strong governance and accountability.
