We are proud to announce the launch of our new Premier League Players Project, an exciting programme developed in partnership with the Premier League and the PFA Players Fund.

This 12-week wellbeing and skills development programme is designed for young adults aged 16-26 who may be experiencing poor mental health, low confidence, or who are not currently in education, employment or training.

The programme offers a supportive and encouraging environment, combining classroom-based learning with practical, skills focused activity.

Participants will develop important life skills while also working towards coaching qualifications, helping to build confidence and open up future opportunities.

The programme is also proudly supported by Colchester United players Tom Smith, Samson Tovide and Jack Baldwin, who are passionate about making a positive difference for young adults in the local community.

We officially launched the Premier League Players Project last week to our Football College Programme learners and Team Talk participants at the JobServe Community Stadium. The launch gave participants the opportunity to hear more about the programme and how it can support their personal development and next steps.

The programme will officially begin in June. If you are interested in signing up, you can do so by clicking here.
