Colchester United have signed Beryly Lubala.
The exciting forward makes a return to the U's, having spent time at the JCS on loan in the first half of the 2022/23 season.
Lubala made an instant impression back then, scoring a late equaliser on his U's debut against Hartlepool United.
He went on to make twelve appearances under Wayne Brown and Matt Bloomfield before returning to parent club Blackpool.
Lubala was on loan from Blackpool at the time and since then, has spent time at Burton Albion, Wycombe Wanderers and most recently Stevenage.
The twenty eight year old has signed a short term permanent contract with the U's, subject to the usual permissions from the relevant bodies.
