Bradley Ihionvien began his youth development at the U’s in 2021 He made his senior debut for the club on 7th May 2022 when he came on as a 71st-minute substitute in a 2-0 victory at Hartlepool United.
His first full debut for the U’s was made on 19th August 2023 in a 3-2 defeat to MK Dons at home and since then, he made 34 appearances and 5 goals in all competitions during the 2023/24 season.
On 30th August 2024, Ihionvien signed a three-year deal for League One side Peterborough United. His debut came three days later in which he came on as a 60-minute substitute, and scored a goal in an EFL Trophy match against Gillingham. Two weeks later, he made his League One debut against Lincoln.
He gained further experience during a loan spell with Shrewsbury Town until the end of the 2025/26 season.
In July 2026, Ihionvien returned to the U’s on a season-long loan from the Posh for the 2026/27 season.
