Kaion Lisbie keeps in pace with his family’s football roots. He is the son of former U’s striker Kevin Lisbie and the younger brother of twins Kyreece, the ex U’s winger, and Kyrell Lisbie, carrying on a proud family tradition with the U’s.
His career started with his development of his technical skillsets, across different youth programs at Leyton Orient, West Ham United, and Cray Valley Paper Mills.
Lisbie joined the U’s in July 2025 and was featured prominently for the U21 development side in the Professional Development League. Lisbie also featured in some first-team squads including playing alongside his brother Kyreece Lisbie in the 2-0 win over Fulham U21s in the EFL Vertu Trophy in the 2025/26 season.
In preparation for the 2026-27 season, Lisbie as well as a few development players, had made appearances with the first-team in most of the U’s pre-season games, including Heybridge Swifts, Peterborough United, and West Ham United XI.
