Teddy Bishop put pen to paper on a two-year deal at Colchester United in the summer of 2024.
Coming through the ranks at fellow East Anglia side Ipswich Town, Bishop went on to make over 100 appearances for the Tractor Boys, mostly in the Championship; he also picked up the Young Player of the Year award in the 2014/15 season while at Portman Road.
Scoring five goals in his time in Suffolk, Bishop departed at the end of the 2020/21 campaign to join another League One side in Lincoln City.
An instant regular at Sincil Bank, Bishop collected 111 appearances, and scored fifteen goals for the Imps in just three seasons in Lincolnshire.
Ending his time with Lincoln City in the summer of 2024, Bishop agreed terms on a two-year deal with Colchester United, keeping him at the JobServe Community Stadium until at least 2026.
“We know we’ve got a target in our heads of what we think we need to reach the playoffs or beyond. So, the spirits are still high in camp.” Teddy Bishop, Pre Cambridge United
