No Worries For Ramm

Wide man avoids knee problem

U's new boy Jackson Ramm has had good news following a scan on his knee earlier this week.

Jackson injured his knee in training towards the end of last week, but a scan has since revealed that it's nothing too serious for the former Blackburn Rovers defender.

Physio Tony Flynn said: "Jackson twisted his knee in training on Thursday afternoon and so he went along to have a scan on the Friday, along with Karl Duguid.

"There was a signal on the scan highlighting what might have been a slight stretch on the posterior cruciate, but nothing that a bit of rest won’t cure."

Karl, who missed the trip to Brentford last Saturday, was also out on the training pitches this Thursday with Anthony Wordsworth, with the duo doing some light work following their recent injuries.
