Keeper joins BBC Essex for their efforts.

Mark Cousins took part in the BBC Radio Around the World for Sport Relief challenge today, which sees BBC presenters running, swimming and cycling a total of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND MILES, the circumference of the world.
 
BBC Essex opted to a virtual bike ride of 42.1 miles, the distance between Colchester United and Southend United's grounds.
 
Mark helped the James Whale breakfast team cycle 35.5 miles in three hours this morning, the Dave Monk show completed the journey shortly afterwards and then started virtually cycling back.
